INNOVACAR "Foam App Block" Applicatore Nano 1 pezzo

Apply coatings evenly — dual-density applicator block

The "Foam App Block" from Innovacar is a dual-density applicator block for precise coating application — typically wrapped with a "Micron Suede" cloth. The firmer grip on top holds securely, while the soft underside distributes evenly. A tool specifically for coating, not a polishing cloth or wash sponge.

Innovacar "Foam App Block" is the applicator block for the controlled application of nanotechnological coatings. The principle: You wrap a "Micron Suede" cloth around the block and use it to apply the coating. The block itself features a dual density — a firmer foam on top that provides a secure grip and keeps fingers clean, and a softer zone on the bottom that applies the product evenly and with constant pressure to the surface. Measuring 9 × 4 × 2.5 cm, it fits perfectly in the hand. For you, this means a uniform, streak-free coating film — instead of applying unevenly with your bare fingers.

• For ceramic and nano coatings. Precise, even application with constant pressure. Practical: no patchy film caused by uneven finger pressure.
• Dual density. Firm grip on top, soft application side on the bottom. For you, this means a secure hold and clean hands.
• 9 × 4 × 2.5 cm, compatible with Suede. Handy format for "Micron Suede." In everyday use: the standard setup for coating.

Practical tip from Detailing1: Nobody here coats without a block — using bare fingers distributes pressure unevenly and leads to streaks. The block ensures constant, surface-wide pressure, and the Suede cloth glides evenly. Important: keep the block clean, but replace the cloth after every application. The block is reusable, the coating-saturated Suede cloth is not.

Application: Wrap with Suede, apply drops, cross-hatch pattern

Wrap a "Micron Suede" cloth around the block, apply a few drops of coating, and apply thinly in a cross-hatch pattern — e.g., "SINH" Hybrid or "SINH" Top Coat.

Limitations: Coating tool only

The block is made for applying coatings — not for washing and not for buffing off. For buffing, use a "Micron Buffing" cloth, and for washing, use a wash mitt.

Care

Rinse the block after use; dispose of the used Suede cloth.
