COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh for Jaguar: conditioning color cream for factory-true refreshment

What is COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh for Jaguar? — The water-based leather care color combines care and light color refreshment — ideal for regularly used Jaguar leather interiors without extensive preliminary work.

COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh (Jaguar) is a pigmented leather care color that cleans and simultaneously compensates for minor color loss in one step. The care color is based on original Jaguar color samples and is formulated to blend harmoniously into existing surfaces. Perfect for regular care of pigmented smooth leather without the effort of a complete repair.

• Care & Color in one – Saves a step — cares and refreshes at the same time.
• Original Jaguar colors – Factory-true color samples for seamless transitions.
• Quick and uncomplicated – No sanding, no top coat strictly necessary.

💡 Detailing1 Workshop Tip: We use Leather Fresh in our workshop as standard care for every detailing — even if the leather still looks okay. 100ml is enough for a complete pair of seats including the steering wheel. Wet the microfiber pad evenly, work in circular motions, polish with a second pad. Looks like new after 5 minutes.

Care Routine in 15 Minutes per Pair of Seats

Leather Fresh (Jaguar) is applied as a care routine every 6–12 months — work in with a microfiber pad, polish with a second pad, done. One application takes about 15–20 minutes per pair of seats.

Before application, the leather is washed with leather cleaner and wiped damp. After a short drying time, a microfiber pad is moistened with approx. 3–5 ml of Leather Fresh (Jaguar) and worked evenly into the leather surface in circular motions. Immediately polish with a second dry microfiber pad until the typical matte, velvety OEM sheen appears.

The water-based care color penetrates the uppermost pigment layer and simultaneously seals the fiber. Unlike professional Leather Colour (Jaguar) repair, neither filler nor sanding or top coat are strictly necessary. For heavily stressed areas such as seat bolsters or steering wheel, Top Coat can also be applied, which extends the durability to 18–24 months. A 100ml bottle is sufficient for about 2–3 complete care applications.

Care Yes, Repair of Deep Damage No

Leather Fresh (Jaguar) is the care variant for minor optical defects — faded shine, dull areas, superficial color loss. Deep abrasion or cracks require the repair stage.

The care color is formulated to penetrate the intact pigment layer and refresh it. However, if the layer is worn through or cracks are present, Leather Fresh cannot cover the damaged area — the fiber becomes visible there and absorbs the color unevenly. Suede, velour leather, and Alcantara are cared for with Nubuk Fresh (Jaguar), as their rough fiber structure requires a different carrier solution.

If the leather only looks faded or dull, Leather Fresh is the fastest and cheapest solution — about 4–5 Euros per care application. If, on the other hand, there are deep abrasion marks or cracks, Leather Colour (Jagaguat) with filler and top coat is used. Both products are based on the same original Jaguar color samples and can be combined.

For Regular Care Without Workshop Tools

Leather Fresh (Jaguar) is the care solution for private customers, frequent drivers, and leasing holders who want to regularly refresh their Jaguar leather — without sanding, fillers, or workshop tools.

The easy application in 15 minutes per pair of seats makes Leather Fresh the standard care for every interior detailing. Anyone who cares for their Jaguar vehicle two to three times a year will keep the leather looking like new permanently and prevent the typical abrasion marks on seat bolsters and steering wheel. A 1-liter bottle is sufficient for about 30–50 complete care cycles for a mid-range vehicle.

For heavily worn seats with visible abrasion or for a complete preparation before sale, use Leather Colour (Jaguar) or the Leather Care Set (Jaguar) with all components. However, those who want to regularly maintain rather than restore will get by with the 100ml bottle or the 1-liter container of Leather Fresh.
