Every Brand is Tested In-House First
We deliberately don't carry everything. Every brand in our assortment has been tested in our own workshop before it made its way into the shop. No black-label marketing, no branded shampoo from a blending factory — only car care products that deliver in everyday use. This narrows down the selection to what works and gives us the authority to advise you specifically: which shampoo for weekly washing, which wheel cleaner for sintered OEM rims, which polish for hard clear coat.
Consultation Remains Our Core Product
Most questions when buying car care products are product questions, not order questions: Which wheel cleaner is suitable for sintered rims without attacking the rim protection? Is snow foam sufficient as a pre-wash, or is an additional surfactant-rich pre-cleaner needed? How long does a ceramic coating have to cure before the first water can be applied? Our team is available for exactly these questions via phone, chat and email – with a real car detailing background, not just a call center script.

Detailing1 is a specialized car care shop based in Nordhorn. What sets us apart from traditional detailing shops: every brand in our assortment is also used in our own workshop. We don't sell what looks good on the shelf — we sell what still performs after a season of hard detailing. This combination of shop and workshop influences every product selection, every description, and every consultation over the phone.
Our clientele is divided into two groups. Enthusiasts who care for their own cars and take their craft seriously — be it their daily BMW, their weekend Porsche, or the classic 911 in the garage. And professionals: detailers, workshops, car dealerships, and fleet operators who depend on consistent results under time pressure. Both groups find the same products with us, but through different channels — the end customer directly in the shop, the professional via the Detailing1 PRO program with its own conditions and bulk containers starting from ten liters.
